COPE Scotland’s
Resources & Legacy
Cope Scotland
A Gifted Legacy of Care, Now Part of Our Future Journey
Snowdrop Argyll is honoured to become a new home for an unique collection of wellbeing and self-management resources, thoughtfully developed over many years by COPE Scotland.
These resources carry with them not only knowledge, but also the wisdom of lived experience, community connection, and a deep commitment to practical, compassionate support.
As COPE Scotland reaches its 35th and final year, we pause to recognise the extraordinary legacy they leave behind. Their journey has always been about more than what was created in the moment, it has been about what endures.
As they so beautifully express: “Success is not only what you do, but what you leave behind… sometimes you have to step back to make way for what is emerging.”
We feel deeply privileged to be entrusted by Hilda Campbell MBE and COPE Scotland’s Board of Directors with the stewardship of this legacy. It is both an honour and a responsibility that we hold with great care and gratitude. In keeping with COPE Scotland’s vision, these resources will remain freely available, accessible to all, and open to be adapted and shared by communities far and wide.
This spirit of generosity and collaboration ensures that the work continues to grow, evolve, and support others in meaningful ways.
To everyone at COPE Scotland, we offer our heartfelt thanks.
COPE Scotland’s story does not end; it lives on in every person, every community, and every moment of care that these resources continue to inspire.
Snowdrop Grove Tree Planting
We invite our community to dedicate trees to individuals and groups helping create a kinder future, one act of kindness, one tree, at a time. Our grove was funded by the Argyll and Bute Climate Action Fund.
