Community of Practice Knowledge Weaving Resources

COPE Scotland is excited to be working with colleagues from the Q community and beyond to feed into the developing Knowledge Weaver role. There are already 4 Network Weaver roles, you can find out more about them here and more about the work of June Holley here.

We are delighted to be working with June to feed ideas into what a knowledge weaver would be. If you would like to find out more, please get in touch. We are sharing the Pixar pitches of our discussions as they may be of interest to others interested in knowledge sharing.

CoP Knowledge Weaver

These slides may be of interest to anyone who wants to understand more about the existing network weaver roles and ideas being explored around the new network weaver role the knowledge weaver.

Assessing Networks

These slides may be of interest to anyone seeking to explore how they assess their networks. Monitoring, evaluation, assessment can often cause feelings of stress. Approaching assessing your networks with a sense of curiosity can help create the psychologically safe spaces we all need to discuss what is not working, what is, and what we can build on.

Quest for Knowledge Facilitators Notes

This slide deck offers some ideas on facilitating a conversation on the pursuit of knowledge, where we look for it and how we share it when we find it. This may then prompt further conversations around how we use the knowledge acquired.

Hi, I’m Kirsty!

The designer behind Kirsty M Design.

I love small businesses and working with business owners to build websites that support their dreams is such an awesome part of my job! Why let the huge faceless corporations have all the fun (and the money)? Your small business can make a huge difference but it needs a smart website to support it.
