Guide to Essential Oils

This resource booklet IS NOT a replacement for the professional advice of a qualified aromatherapist. It is a resource for those interested in the area of essential oils and what suggestions there are for their use. As with anything, there can be contraindications so seek expert advice from an aromatherapist or your medical team if in doubt. This booklet is for information and ideas.

It is amazing how our sense of smell can also contribute to feelings of wellbeing. Like the scent of a rose, or a new jar of coffee, or the air after the rain. Smells can also evoke memories like cinnamon in winter. Essential oils are more than just smell, think about that well known brand of eucalyptus rub! Please remember though, if you plan to use them do consult with someone as to what is most suitable for you. This booklet is not suggesting essential oils as a replacement for any medical treatment.  It is there for anyone curious about the area as a first step to learning more.

Why let the huge faceless corporations have all the fun (and the money)? Your small business can make a huge difference but it needs a smart website to support it.
